Central Virginia Marketplace Leader, Deloitte

Alison serves as Deloitte’s first female Central Virginia Marketplace Leader, working closely with Tax, Audit, Consulting and Advisory leaders to champion the Deloitte brand and drive impact in the Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå community and beyond. As Marketplace Leader, she is responsible for driving the Central Virginia practice’s strategy for growth, client service, talent, and operations and working with hundreds of Deloitte professionals to deliver exceptional service to their Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå and Central Virginia clients. Alison also serves as the client leader for two of Deloitte’s premier financial services clients.

During her 25+ years with Deloitte, Alison has focused on creating genuine connections and developing lasting relationships with client executives to help them actualize their goals and advance their careers. She has specialized in advising Greater Washington, D.C. financial services companies across a range of topics from leadership coaching to organizational dynamics to strategy development to team optimization.

Alison is also a passionate advocate for women’s leadership and development and has sponsored several Deloitte initiatives focused on gender equity in financial services, including Within Reach, a research series developed with Deloitte’s Center for Financial Services analyzing the rise of women in leadership positions in the financial services industry.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

She lives in Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå, Va., with her husband and three children.
